1. Acceptance of Terms

By using www.jazzandjassi.in (the “Website”) or the Jazz & Jassi Android app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Use the same login credentials on Website and App to make sure you are able to access your purchased courses.
• No account sharing. Access is personal and non-transferable.

3. Purchases & Payments

• Payments are processed via Razorpay or other approved payment gateways only. We do not store card/UPI details.
• Taxes (if applicable) are shown at checkout. Orders may be cancelled/refunded at our discretion in case of suspected fraud or payment errors.

4. Access to Content

• After successful payment, content is synced to your account and available under My Courses on the Website and in the App.
• Access is for lifetime, subject to service availability and compliance with these Terms.
• Content is licensed for personal use only. Downloading/re-uploading/redistribution is prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.

5. Live Workshops

• Live sessions are conducted via Google Meet. The Meet link appears immediately after successful registration.
• Responsibility: It is the participant’s responsibility to keep track of the workshop date, time, and Google Meet link, and to join the session on time.
• Recordings are typically provided within 1 week and remain accessible via your account.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Individual Courses: Refunds only if requested within 1 hour of purchase via WhatsApp support. No refunds after this window.
• Live Workshops: Refunds available until before recording/video links are shared. No refunds once links are shared.
• Master Courses / Bundles: No refunds. We recommend buying a single video first.
• Duplicate payments or verified technical errors will be refunded upon validation.
• Chargebacks without contacting support first may lead to temporary suspension of access while investigated.

7. Intellectual Property

• All videos, lesson materials, text, graphics, logos, and designs are the intellectual property of Jazz and Jassi Fashion Academy.
• Recording, screen-capturing, redistribution, resale, or public performance is prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Fair Use & Restrictions

• Do not scrape, bypass technical safeguards, or share links/credentials.
• We may restrict access if suspicious activity, sharing, or abuse is detected.

9. Service Availability

• Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or third-party outages.
• Features may change over time; lifetime access will continue via Website and/or App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Follow lessons suited to your skill level and take necessary safety precautions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance. The effective date above reflects the latest version.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
