• How do I access purchased courses? Login to our Android app using the same email used during purchase.
• Where can I watch full videos? Inside the app after logging in. Sample videos are free and do not require login.
• How do I purchase courses? Visit www.jazzandjassi.in and complete payment via Razorpay.
• Do I need to sign up on the website? No. Just ensure you use the same email during payment and app login.

2. Courses – FAQs

• How do I access my course? After payment, send us a screenshot on WhatsApp. You’ll receive a private YouTube link.
• Will there be live sessions? No. These are pre-recorded tutorials covering every step in detail.
• Language? Hinglish – simple and clear like our Instagram content.
• Access Duration? Lifetime. Even if videos move to the app, you’ll retain access.
• Refunds? Not available once the video link is shared.
• Doubts? Message us via WhatsApp with voice/text/video. Replies within 24–48 hrs.
• Multiple Devices? Yes – via the registered Gmail account used for the video link.

Terms & Conditions for Courses

• Videos are shared via YouTube private links tied to one Gmail ID.
• No refunds after link is shared.
• Doubts answered only for class content, via WhatsApp.
• Payments up to ₹2000 via UPI only. Above ₹2000: credit card link on request.

3. Live Workshops – FAQs

• What happens after payment? Send us a screenshot via WhatsApp. You’ll be added to a group before the class.
• Where is the live session hosted? On Google Meet.
• Language? Hinglish.
• What if I miss the session? You’ll receive the recorded YouTube link. Q&A is live-only, but you can ask later via WhatsApp.
• Video Access? Lifetime access even after content is moved to the app.
• Refunds? Partial refunds for combo packs only if videos haven’t been shared.
• Doubts? Cleared via WhatsApp. Replies within 24–48 hrs.
• Material required? No. Practice after watching the session.
• Lost link? Message us again with payment screenshot.
• Multiple devices? Use the registered Gmail to access from any device.

• Live session is held only once.

• No refunds after links are shared.
• Combo refunds calculated after deducting full price of attended workshops.
• Doubt support is for covered topics only.
