1) Getting Access

• Where do I find my purchased courses? After you buy on the Website, your courses sync automatically to My Courses on the Website and in the Android App. If not visible within 24 hours, contact support.
• Do I need separate accounts? No—use the same login credentials on Website and App to see your purchases everywhere.
• Are there free previews? Yes—look for the Free Preview button on course cards (no login required).
• Language? Courses and Workshops are delivered in simple Hinglish for easy understanding.
• Access duration? Lifetime access via both Website and App.

2) Courses

• When will my videos appear? Instantly after a successful payment. If not visible within 24 hours, contact support.
• Are they live? No—courses are pre-recorded, step-by-step lessons.
• Devices? Use your same account on multiple devices (Website + App).
• Doubts? Message us on WhatsApp (voice/text/short video). Typical response within 24 hours.

3) Live Workshops

• Joining the live session: The Google Meet link appears immediately after successful registration/payment on the Live Workshops page—please note the date, time, and link.
• Reminders: It is your responsibility to keep track of the workshop details and attend the Meet on time.
• Missed it? The recording is added to your account within 1 week and remains available for lifetime access.
• Doubts: Send via WhatsApp; we usually reply within 24 hours.
