Cancellations & Refunds

1. Individual Courses
Refunds are available only if requested within 1 hour of purchase by contacting our support team via WhatsApp. No refunds are possible once this period has passed.
2. Live Workshops
- Refunds are available until before the recording/video links are shared. No refunds once links are shared.
- If you are unable to attend the live class, the Google Meet link remains valid for the session. Recordings are typically provided within 1 week and remain available for lifetime access.
3. Master Courses & Bundles
No refunds. We recommend purchasing a single course first to ensure our teaching style suits your needs before buying a bundle or Master Course.
4. Payment Errors
If a payment attempt fails but the amount is still debited from your bank, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
If you believe the payment was successfully credited to our Razorpay account but your order is not reflecting, please share valid proof (transaction ID and official bank/UPI confirmation). Only in such cases can we verify and assist.
For all other failed or pending debits where funds have not reached our Razorpay account, you must follow up directly with your bank/payment provider.
5. Chargebacks
Raising a chargeback without contacting support first may result in temporary suspension of your account access across Website and App while the dispute is reviewed.
