Cancellations and Refunds

1. Digital Courses and Tutorials
All purchases of digital tutorials and courses are final. Due to the nature of downloadable and streamable content, we do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds after purchase.
2. Live Workshop Registrations
Workshop registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the live session, recordings (if available) will be provided in your account for future viewing.
3. Payment Errors
If your payment was deducted but not reflected, Razorpay will automatically refund the amount within 5–7 business days. For assistance, please contact us with your transaction ID.
4. Email Consistency
To ensure seamless access, always use the same email ID on both the website and mobile app. Refunds due to email mismatch or duplicate accounts will not be processed.
